DOT File Compliance

TLC maintains the client's Driver DOT file information provided by the client at their location in Bedford Heights, Ohio.

TLC reviews files and report on a monthly basis the updates and revisions required of files submitted by each client
Driver Logs

These logs are supplied by the client to TLC each month (by The10th day of the month). The audit and driver violation letters will be returned to the clients by the 20th of the month.
Additional Consulting Services:

TLC will provide consulting services to clients on a per day charge basis. These services can include, but are not limited to:

Preparation and presentations at Driver Safety meetings

Driver or Supervisor training

Safety Audits
-
DOT, PUCO, or other public or private regulatory agency audits or inspections
Each client can select whether they want our services performed at their location or at the TLC office in Cuyahoga County. The actual projects or work will be determined by each client. A close collegial relationship between client staff and TLC staff is important. Our team of experts will take their direction from the client and TLC will provide consultation and focus for each project. Compensation, contractual arrangements, and specific terms for programs and projects provided are tailored to meet the needs of each client.
